Case study · Recruitment
DKF Recruitment put agents on every stage of hiring, from job post to interview.
Native helped DKF Recruitment build four agents that post jobs, source and score candidates, run outreach and book interviews, with a recruiter approving every major decision from one dashboard.

The agents take the high-volume admin, from posting to scheduling, so recruiters can spend their time with candidates and clients.
About DKF Recruitment
DKF Recruitment is an award-winning recruitment company founded in 2014 and based in Altrincham, South Manchester. It supplies recruitment and labour for the built environment: asbestos removal and management, demolition, soft-strip and land remediation.
The challenge
Recruiters spent their days on work that needed speed, not judgement: posting each job to several boards, reviewing CVs, chasing candidates and going back and forth on interview times.
Outreach was inconsistent, and senior leadership had no clear view of how the pipeline was performing.
What we built
How it works
- 01PostA new requisition in the applicant tracking system triggers a drafted job post. A recruiter approves or edits it, and it goes live.
- 02Source and scoreCandidate profiles are sourced and scored against the role, and the recruiter clears the queue in bulk.
- 03Reach outPersonalised outreach runs the qualification conversation, and the recruiter can step in at any point.
- 04ScheduleInterviews are booked, and the feedback lands back on the candidate's record.
Results
Every major decision, from approving a post to rejecting a candidate, still goes through a person, and leadership sees the whole pipeline on one dashboard.
