This policy explains what personal information Devan Group LLC ("Native", "we", "us") collects through withnative.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers the Site and the conversations that start from it. Work we do for a client is covered by that client's agreement with us.
The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form and what our host records when you visit. We use it to reply to you and book your call. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, we don't sell your information, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form we ask for your work email, full name, job title, company, your company's annual revenue range, when you'd like to start, and what you'd like help with. When you book a call we also receive the time you pick and anything you add to the booking. If you email us, we have your message and your contact details.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, the Site's host records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the time of each request. We use it to run and secure the Site.
What we don't collect. We don't run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on the Site, and we don't buy personal information from data brokers. Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, through the form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule your call, and prepare for it.
- To follow up on a conversation you started with us, and to send updates you have asked for. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site, including preventing abuse and fraud.
- To meet legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
We don't sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. We don't use it to train AI models.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website; taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract; your consent, where we ask for it (you can withdraw it at any time); and compliance with our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case your client agreement governs. We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims. Hosting logs are kept for the period our host sets. When we no longer need information we delete or anonymise it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and so are the providers named above. If you're outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you've given. You can also appeal if we decline a request. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
United States. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state's law. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals regardless.
EEA, UK and Switzerland. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, though we'd welcome the chance to put things right first.
To make a request, email hello@withnative.com. We'll need enough detail to confirm who you are and find your information, and we'll respond within the time the law allows. An authorised agent can make a request for you with your written permission.
Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit and limited access. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee the security of information sent to us over the internet. Our security page describes how we protect client data.
Children
The Site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and if a change is material we'll give more prominent notice.
