About Paracelsus Recovery

Paracelsus Recovery provides luxury addiction and mental health treatment in Zurich, serving high-net-worth clients around the world.

The challenge

The brand ran on a WordPress estate maintained by hand. Every change was a manual edit, repeated for each language.

SEO, translation and content production sat with external agencies, each with its own ongoing fee, and brand content moved at the pace of their deliverables.

What we built

Static rebuildScripts turn each WordPress page into an HTML fragment with its own metadata, and a Next.js prerender compiles the set to static HTML on Vercel. There's no CMS in the request path, and three production domains run off one project.
Translation agentsBatch agents translate each page and its metadata into German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and Dutch. Every locale passes an hreflang validation gate before it ships.
Rebuild on publishA publish or edit in WordPress fires a GitHub Actions workflow, and agent skills run the rebuild across all 7 locales.
Lighthouse disciplineA fix-recipe library keyed by Lighthouse issue and roughly 120 per-page score snapshots keep performance tuned page by page.
AI blogAn automated AI blog publishes brand content, the one stream agents produce themselves.

How it works

  1. 01PublishAn editor writes and publishes in WordPress, exactly as before.
  2. 02TriggerThe publish hits a webhook that starts the GitHub Actions rebuild workflow.
  3. 03TransformAgents detect the change, split and extract the page, and regenerate its metadata and slug entries.
  4. 04Translate and validateThe page is translated into the other 6 locales, and the hreflang gate checks every language alternate.
  5. 05DeployThe static build goes to Vercel, and one publish updates all 3 production domains.

Results

Agents now manage more than 2,000 pages across 7 locales and 3 domains. The team's publishing workflow didn't change: editors still write in WordPress, and agents handle everything after publish.
